Frequently missed questions on Friday's SSAT test.

An arched window is in the shape of a rectangle with a semicircle on top. If the base of the rectangle is 14 inches and the height of the rectangle is 20 inches, find the perimeter of the whole window. (use Pi = 3.140



At 12:30 P.M., what is the smaller angle between the minute hand and the hour hand?



A man standing at point A walks 1 mile south, 3 miles east, 5 miles north, and 7 miles west to reach point B. What is the length of line segment AB?

i got the first one wrong cause i didn't undestand to do it i though cut the circle in half and you get teh semi circle part and the last one i just plain didn't understand

In order to find the perimeter of the figure. You add the three side of the rectangle and the circumference of the semi-circle.

yes i can. the perimeter is 76, the angle is 165 degrees, and the length of AB was the square root of 32.
